Additional charges:
- Final cleaning rate: 80,- € (depending from the number of persons)
- City tax of 1,60 € (up to 2024) (Local taxe according to our 3 stars reference “Meublé de tourisme”, Nbr: 0220502221420-0211)
Reservation and terms of payment:
The reservation is binding after receipt of a 30 % down payment of the total amount by cash transfer/bank wire or Paypal (not reimbursed). The remaining amount (70 %) is due 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of 500,- € is charged and reimbursed maximal 7 days after departure.
Special conditions:
animals are not accepted, no smoking inside.
