Additional charges:
- Final cleaning rate: €80 (depending on the number of people present)
- City tax of €1.76 (up to 2026) (local tax according to our 3-star reference “Meublé de tourisme” Nbr: 0220502221420-0211)
Reservation and terms of payment:
The reservation is binding after receipt of a 30% down payment of the total amount by cash transfer/bank wire or PayPal (not reimbursed). The remaining amount (70%) is due 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit of €500 is charged upon arrival and reimbursed a maximum of 7 days after departure.

Animals are not accepted; no smoking inside.
